1) Within our play Cyrano & Christian have their own set of worrisome fears, particularly in regards to one Roxanne.
What insecurities do they seem to have? Also, why do people not pursue the ones they are interested in? Aside from an overwhelming fear of rejection, what are some of the many reasons (& sometimes excuses) you can give for a uniquely human trait?
2) Now that we have finished Act 3, do you feel any differently about the character of Roxane? While we know throughout Acts 1 & 2 many different characters have a lot to say about her, we have only had small glimpses into her personality and character. Given the balcony conversation with Christian (really Cyrano), what do you make of Roxane now?
