Target: A mainstream class in integrated kindergarten (K3 student, 5 years old, A small group class, Total of 6 students including one AVPD student, and five typical students).
Consisting of ONE AVPD student with physical disability and hearing impairment.
Background of one AVPD student
Hearing impairment: Mild level (26 to 40 dBHL) (Right ear, use hearing aid)
Physical disability: Cerebral palsy Left-side hemiplegia: (affecting their left arm and leg). This type affects one side of the body.
Physical flexibility and mobility are impaired.
GMFCS Level II: Student may experience difficulty walking long distances and balancing on uneven terrain, inclines, in crowded areas or confined spaces. Student need to use and propel a manual wheelchair. Walks with assistive mobility devices. Student may walk in most settings and climb stairs holding onto a railing.
Strengths, and interests of the AVPD student: Enjoy playing, Collage pictures and playing models of transportations
