Organizations and employees globally are confronting numerous changes resulting a global pandemic, rapid technology change, and other forces. This dynamic environment requires HR leaders to assess, prepare, and respond to ongoing change. The course has considered a large variety of human resource policies which can position an organization to respond to change and prepare for future success. We examined several organizations, including Marshall and Gordon and Hewlett Packard. Write an essay which addresses the following elements:
