PCM encoding is performed after sampling of all analog signals before multiplexing with the digital signals. No bit-stuffing for the digital inputs is allowed.
(a) Suggest a suitable word length for PCM encoding after multiplexing the analog signals.
(b) Suggest a feasible design of this multiplexing system, by means of a diagram, and indicate the data rates and the sampling rates at various points in your diagram.
(c) Determine the bit rate and the minimum bandwidth (in Hz) of the resultant TDM signal?
