black offenders committed 52 per cent of homicides recorded in the data between 1980 and 2008, its not right what police are doing but look at it from this viewpoint when being a officer you must be smart with all situations, considering blacks commit over 50 percent of the homicidal crimes and are 13 percent of the population police are being brutal with them because it must come to an end. In no means is it right but when you think about why these officers are acting this way its because the facts. Some police are racists and do these brutality acts out of pure spite but their will always be bad people in good fields what can you do about it.
