It’s important to get enough sleep each night because of multiple reasons. One reason is because if you get enough sleep you’ll be able to focus more and be more productive. Another reason is because you gain more calories which makes you overweight and that’s bad for your body. A third reason is because if you don’t get enough sleep you have a higher risk of getting a heart attack or a stroke. One other reason that you should sleep better is because of Glucose Metabolism and Type 2 diabetes. Fifth reason is because poor sleep can cause you to have depression. Also having a good sleep schedule or sleeping good affects your immune system. Another reason to have a good sleep is because it can affect you socially and emotionally, you wouldn’t be able to interact socially and your emotions will be all over the place.
