2. The blues derived from Jazz, it began as far back as slavery . Billie holiday is one iconic example for when jazz grew, they would talk a lot about religion, death, and suffering
3. The 1920s was considered the jazz age where most iconic jazz artists formed
4. Woman were huge entertainers mixed with Jazz music, especially women who danced to jazz known as flappers in the 1920s
