a² + b² = c² is the same as: c² - a² = b²
c = 130
130² = 130 × 130 = 16,900
a = 100
100² = 100 × 100 = 10,000
16,900 - 10,000 = 6,900
√6,900 = 83.1
That means the length of the other leg is 83.1 inches
