In triangle ABC the measure of angle A is 3X+5,the measure of angle B is 4X-2 and the measure of angle C is 2X+6.What are the measures of the angles?

A = 3x + 5

B = 4x - 2

C = 2x + 6

The sum of the angles of a triangle equal 180°

A + B + C = 180

(3x + 5) + (4x - 2) + (2x + 6) = 180

9x + 9 = 180

9x = 171

x = 19

A = 3x + 5 = 3(19) + 5 = 57 + 5 = 62

B = 4x - 2 = 4(19) - 2 = 76 - 2 = 74

C = 2x + 6 = 2(19) + 6 = 38 + 6 = 44

Answer: A=62, B=74, C=44
