The "positive phase" is more of a negative phase if it refers to drinking as taking the alcoholic beverage. Scientifically speaking, the positive phase talks about the shortened free-running circadian rhythm of the body of an animal, fungi or even in plants. Negative phase comes in when negative health risks affect the human body due to the alcoholic content that can destroy human cells and internal organs.
