For each exponential function, a) write a new function, and b) sketch the corresponding graph (on the same coordinate plane) based on the description of the transformation.

This is a continuation from my previous response because I was unable to edit that answer in order to upload the graphs.

#4 Answer is y = [tex] \frac{1}{2} [/tex]([tex] 4^{-2x} [/tex])

see the first attachment for the graph

#5 Here is an example of two unique transformations from the equation provided: y = 2([tex] 3^{x} [/tex])

shift the graph 1 unit up → y = 2([tex] 3^{x} [/tex] ) + 1

then shift the graph 2 units to the left → y = 2([tex] 3^{x+2} [/tex]) + 1

see the second attachment for the graph
