I don't quite understand what your question is.

120 are prepared,
12 out of 20 are consumed so
8 out of 20 are not consumed.

If we brake 120 in groups of 20 we get 120/20= 6 groups

12•6= 60+12= 72 are consumed;
8•6 = 48 are not consumed.
