Topic: are highschool sports beneficial or harmful to students

Side I chose: it’s beneficial

And my question is I need an counterclaim and their is something on my paper says I need a rebuttal i don’t know what that is I searched about it and I still don’t get it but it’s something to do with the counterclaim and ya idk and I need help sooo any ideas please help I’m struggling I hate essays so much
