first of all, how many spaces does the spinner have? if you add up the 3 red, 4 blue, and 2 green spaces (I don't know what the double numbers mean) you get 9, so we will work off of that, since there are 3 different color spaces we'll say the chance of spinning a color is 3/9. so the chance of spinning a blue or green is 6/9. make it to lowest terms and you get 2/3
