I don't want to make you feel like an idiot but its obviously C. A, tons of people use a calculator to add up funds and such and make a budget and then using a pencil they write it on paper. B, Spreadsheet(Such as excel) software is commonly used for things like this. D, its "personal financial management" ..... same thing as personal balance... so yeah ofc it wouldn't be that answer. C, how the heck would u make a personal balance sheet using slide presentation? so it has to be C
