A college survey was taken to determine where students study. Of 124 students surveyed, 78 studied in the cafeteria, 58 studied in the student lounge, 26 studied in both the cafeteria and the student lounge. Of this who interviewed how many did not study in either the cafeteria or the student lounge?

This is a weird question that almost stumped me at first, it tells us that 58 and 78 people studied in either the cafeteria or the student lounge but 58+78=126, they did not survey 126 people but if u take away the people who said both you are left with 126-26=100 so that means 26 people studied in neither.
