I personally approve of the Fair Tax as proposed to Congress in 1999 and written about in a book by John Linder in 2005. Just like its name suggests, I think it will be a fair way to run things in the US-especially taking into consideration, the fact that it will eliminate top marginal tax rate for those at poverty level. Just as noteworthy, it will eliminate corporate tax rate and payroll taxes, making life much cheaper in everyday basis. For me, I certainly approve of the Fair Tax.
