i would find as many materials you can get your hands on whether you buy them with your own money and/or the materials your school gives you.while using these take notes (with color or not what ever works for you, annotate/highlight in the books, answer practice questions/quizzes, make flashcards, draw/print body systems out and label them to quiz yourself. for as long as you can keep your attention on it try to only focus on studying.
