In John Steinbeck’s “The Turtle,” what does the turtle do when the sedan swerves to avoid it?

Respuesta :

In that short story written by the well know novelist, John Steinbeck, the turtle hides in it´s shell when the woman makes herself aside trying not to  go through the turtle. This title is an allegory, where every written word has a symbolic meaning, and many US citizens consider it part of the anthology of american literature.
