The present perfect tense is formed in the following way:
Person + has/have + past participle form.
The present perfect tense is used when the speaker refers to an action that started in the past but it continues at the moment of speaking.
Example: “She has lived in London since 2015”
Another important use of this tense is when we talk about action that started in the past but the results of this action has a connection with the present.
Example: “She has broken her leg”. (Today she wears a cast).
