Respuesta :

In "A Modest Proposal", by Jonathan Swift, the upper classes' attitude about helping the poor is hypocrisy. He also writes about the ineptitude of the politicians who treat humanitarian problems in terms of figures and calculations and British tyranny in ireland. Impoverished couples have trouble feeding their children. Mothers have to beg on the streets carrying their children with them. It is also common to see children begging on the streets.
