The United States has a very large population that is Spanish-speaking, most of that population being either on the territory that the United States managed to conquer from Mexico or through migration from Latin America.
There's numerous examples of the Spanish-speaking influence. It is everything from names of places or geographical features, villages, towns, cities where the majority of the population is Spanish-speaking, the cultural elements in multiple states, the everyday communication between the people, artists that use this culture in their performances, politicians etc.
Some people that are famous and are Spanish-speaking in the United States are Ocasio-Cortez (a politician), Gabriel Iglesias (a stand up comedian), Christina Aguilera (musician/singer), Monica Ponce de Leon (architect), Sofia Vergara (model).
Lot of places and geographical features in the United States bear Hispanic names like San Diego, Los Angeles, San Antonia, San Francisco, Sacramento, Colorado, Rio Grande, California etc.
