Respuesta :

The owner’s unlimited personal liability.

Although all of the reasons listed are disadvantages of a sole proprietorship, the owner’s unlimited personal liability is the most critical. The owner is liable for all of the bills of the business, as well as any other liabilities. For example, if the business gets sued and there is a monetary judegement against the business the owner is responsible for paying the money if the business cannot pay it.
