N response to its disagreement with the tariff bill of 1832, the South Carolina legislature actually voted to nullify the law within its borders. What did President Andrew Jackson do in response to South Carolina's nullification?

In response to South Carolina’s nullification, President Andrew Jackson put forth “the Nullification Proclamation (1832)”. This Proclamation argues that it was not within any state’s right to refuse to enforce a federal law. Congress then declared through “the Force Act”, the use of military force against any state that resisted the tariff acts that South Carolina wanted to nullify.
