I would hire people with good, fun, upbeat personalities since it is at an amusement park you want your employees to be fun, a skill that would be good for someone to work at an amusement park would be to be good with kids because a lot of the people that go to amusement parks are kids and someone would need to know how to interact with them well.

Mechanics. Mechanics are good for operating machines and rides and they will operate ice cream machines and make sure every body is safe. I hope this is real for you all!!!
