Respuesta :
When a bill passes in the House and Senate and is sent to the President for a signature, it is said to be enrolled. ... A pocket veto occurs when the president takes no action and Congress has adjourned its session. In this case, the bill dies and does not become a law.
Answer:
In order for a bill to be approved it needs to pass both houses of congress, so, if the bill hasn't already gone through Senate, it would go to senate after the House of Representatives has passed it. If both houses have passed a bill, it would go to the President.
