Stable angina is generally associated with the activity and it subsides when  the body is in rest.

Unstable angina is a form of acute coronary syndrome which results from the reversible myocardial ischemia and it occurs at rest. This is opposite of stable angina.

Here, the patient is feeling pain in his left shoulder, jaws and substernal pain for few minute and stops when the patient is in resting stage.

The nurse suspects that the patient is suffering from stable angina pain.
