She would have to show that all related organisms, even those of the same population in a species, have exactly the same sequence of nucleotides in their DNA. This is because evolution involves changes in DNA sequences ,that are due to aspects such as mutation and recombination, on which natural selection acts upon. Even in a species population, it would be virtually impossible to have a uniform DNA sequence across all individuals.
