Well apparently Wyatt will need roughly 21 acres of flooring to redo his office ... 920,000 square feet to be precise ... but we don't know anything about his house.
(He could save a lot of money on home improvement by building 40 or 50 new houses in his spacious office, moving his family into one of them, and renting out the rest.).
