Nuts
Did you know that a peanut is not a nut? Both peanuts and nuts are foods that are high in protein, and both of them can cause allergic reactions in some people, often making breathing difficult. But, sometimes, people are just allergic to one or the other. This is why it is important to be able to identify the differences between the two types of nuts. One major difference is where each nut grows. Peanuts are a legume, and grow underground, but, in contrast, nuts grow on a plant or tree, and are often referred to as "tree nuts." Most of the time, nuts are made of just one or two seeds from a plant, On the other hand, legumes usually have many seeds inside a pod.
