Although Gantt charts show when project activities begin and end, they don't depict task dependencies, or how one task is affected if another is behind schedule, or how tasks should be ordered. What type of charts would be useful for this?
In this case it would be more helpful the PERT chart because is a chart that shows how the different tasks flow. Also, shows the parallel networks of individual task and the inter task relationship.
