Stamina is defined as the ability to keep yourself active for long period of time. Here are a few things you can try out.
Make sure you do cardio (Mix of Running, Inclined walking, Cycling) everyday for 20 minutes with your weight Training.
While doing strength training, do more reps with small weights concentrating on the form and establishing Mind muscle connection. Avoid Isolation movements.
Take rest not more than 60 seconds between any of your workouts. Be it cardio, Circuit training or free body weight training.
Do body weight exercises such as Push ups, Pull ups, dips, lunges, free squats etc for 15–20 minutes everyday.
Do a heavy death set in the order of 50 at the end of your workout.
Fix your diet. If you include more fat , slower you will be.
Last but not Least, SLEEP. Without sleep, you will be tired all day and will never be energetic which leads to poor performance in above 6 points.
