The Constitution protects individual rights, but it also limits individual rights by allowing the government to pass laws to limit conduct. I’m writing this because a few issues has occurred in my community. The government forced people to evacuate from their homes. Also, the government made certain dangerous areas off-limits, which prevented residents from accessing their homes and personal property.
