The act of enforcing a specific religion upon a nation is a cruel practice that restricts individuals from religious freedom. Whereas, ensuring religious freedom promotes and emphasises upon national unity. This is because; it allows citizens to share and acknowledge their differences, it shows a nation that is loving and respectful and it allows society to look at worldly matters from a plethora of different perspectives. This, the act of allowing religious freedom upon a nation promotes unity.
