there are many examples of how imbalances in power and equality impact our modern day society. one example that i thought of is the difference between the wealthy population of our country v. the other 99% of people. the 1% is much more privileged and admired in ways that effect not only how the rest of us are treated but our economy as well. there are many other examples such as differences in race. in the u.s. there are drastic differences in power and equality between races. this includes the proven idea of white privilege in our modern day society. one of the most prevalent races to be discriminated against would be the black or african american
