First you have to summarize what is happening in the story. A country mouse invites his city mouse friend to his fields for dinner. The city mouse does not enjoy his dinner, so he invites the country mouse to his house. They cannot eat because they are constantly in danger.

The country mouse invited the city mouse over to eat dinner with him. The city mouse talks about how he should live with him because of the living conditions that country mouse are not good. The country goes over for dinner and enjoys it but soon leaves because of the city mouse if surrounded by dangers.
