So lets see the first one is saying a fact not an argument about Elbow Lake. In addition, the second one is displaying more of ann opinion about how E blow Lake needs protection. So that can be a possible argument for Elbow Lake. The third one is just like the first one a fact we do not need that. 4th one no more information so the second now is an argument that Elbow Lake needs protection. Hoped that helped :)
