Why do you think older people are less susceptible to conformity? Can you think of any other instances in which conformity would be a good thing? Use evidence from both the article and The Giver in your response. 5-6 sentences.

I don’t have text evidence, but I do remember reading The Giver.

The younger you are the more innocence you have, and everything seems new. As you grow older, you want to explore more as you are bored of everything. You’ve already seen everything to see when you were younger.
