We’ll supremacy of god means only fear god. But not in a bad way, it just means that god is powerful and you shouldn’t disobey the beliefs in Islam’s. Muslims attitude toward life is good and happy, but also to pray and make sure you are a good Muslim. Give to charity, be nice to parents, etc.

It will effect them first by believing in him then whenever they have a problem they ask him for help for wishes hoping it will come true, by praying you can come closer to god and in the after life there would be a bigger possibility for you to go to heaven. If will make Muslims more open minded and know what’s right and wrong and do what’s the best
