Ax^2+bx+c=(x+p)(x+q) What you know about p and q if c is greater than 0. Yet, what would you know about p and q if c is less than 0

if p and q are positive bx would have to be positive and so would c. if p and q are negative, bx would be negative if x is negative in the foiled version. and c would be positive.
