The steps to create the same angle are as follows;

Draw an arc by placing the compass at the point Q to intersect QR at T and QP at S

With the compass width QT = QR, place the compass at the point R and draw an arc intersecting the line QR at a point U

Adjust the compass width by placing the compass at point T and adjusting the width to the point S to get a width of TS

Place the compass at the point U and with the width TS, draw an arc to intersect the previous arc drawn from R at point V

Draw a line passing through point of intersection of the two arcs V passing through R
