the answer is indeed 1/28!
here’s why:
in order to divide fractions, you must multiply straight across. but, only when diving, you flip the 2nd fraction. we know that 7 has an invisible 1 under it, but since we’re dividing, we must flip it to 1/7.
so, you should now hove something that looks like this;
1 1
- x -
4 7
so simply, if multiplied correctly across, you should end up with 1/28.
1 x 1 = 1
7 x 4 = 28
