The president has the power to make treaties with other countries (eg: trade deals), but the Senate has the power to review the treaty to agree to the terms or reject them. Specifically 2/3 of the Senate must agree for the treaty to pass. If the Senate overreaches, then the Supreme Court could step in to review if the move is constitutional or not. This is one example of all three branches interacting with one another.
