Groundwater is found deep below the soil as a result of them seeping into

the ground during rainfall. Some of them are emptied into water bodies such

as seas, oceans etc. Water pumping machines forces the water out for

by individuals.

The use of the groundwater will however be reduced by a reduction in the

frequency of lawn watering during rainy seasons.
