There are two ways you can solve to find the number of meters waved...I’ll show you how to do both.
Plan A: 1. Find the rate of meters weaves per hour by dividing 450 meters by 6 hours. The answer is 75 meters per hour. 2. Multiply the rate per hour (75) times 12 to find how many meters are weaved on 12 hours.
Plan A Answer: 900m
Plan B: 1. Set up a proportion like the one below: 2. Cross multiply and solve for x
