Hi! I'm trying to lose weight. I want to lose 10kg in one year starting from now and ending at 2021 December 31st.
I don't want to control my diet and I also can't. I don't like intensity workouts and I don't have much time to exercise daily. What can I do?

I will suggest u to eat less and healthy food then if u csnt diet and about exercise if u don't have time try to do it at home exercise like push ups sit ups.
