The education especially the sexual education there isn't good or they didn't even have that topic once in their life. The children are supposed to go to work to give money to the family. More children, more money, right? The biggest reason is poverty and bad education. In China for example they have a problem with too many people, that's why they can get only 1-2 children. In high educated and wealth countries people know it's harder to work with children. The work time, flexibility and more will be much harder with children. People there know about sexual education, how to have safe sex and all those things you learned. I live in Germany and we have a problem with people having no children.
