diftilrent ways to handle our anger. Some explode, while others may withdraw. Either way, it's important that we learn tools to
healthfully process our frustration and anger so that we can still make good decisions while angry.
For this call-to-action assignment you're going to find a close friend, and discuss anger. Share a recent story and try to be
vulnerable as you ask their advice on an area that may be a weakness. If you don't struggle with anger, then talk about
something that frustrates or annoys you, and how you can harness these emotions to turn them into something positive.

Something that really frustrates me is when people do things when they are not supposed to. This can make me really frustrated.  I use this emotion to do a project, workout, or focus my mind into something important.
