Hello!! Marie Here!!

1.  Some people took this as an event.... Americans should refuse any racial content behind policies backs, being pushed to punish racial groups. Many people go out when confronted with these issues.

2. I don't think we can live without racism it is like an endless event, that is impossible to make it go away...  I think it can not go away because racism, again,  is like an endless event. Even if it stopped there will still be lots of racism out there.

Hope This Helps! Have A Great Day!

Answer:

i would say slavery, segregation, as well as past racist legislation is the reason systematic racism exists today. all these things served as set backs to the black community for example. while white people never went thru this, they were able to raise money thru generations which affected their social status. the reason the black (and just the poc) community is usually poorer, is due to being at a disadvantage from the start.

this kind of ties in with the previous question, but i do think we can live in a society without racism. again, people aren't born naturally racist and when i see these kids now, i see they're not fuelled by hate towards another group from the start. however, systematically racism might still be around, but the young people are our future. and their ideas are mostly for equality and justice. soon they will be the oldest ones running the governmental systems. hopefully for good reason and good intention (which i do think is possible).
