Catholic reformation was the revival of the catholic church and also aims to mitigate corruption that was prevailing at the time of 15th and 16th century. It resulted in creation of protestiants. It established new religious orders in order to counter the spreading of protestants religion.
Catholic reformation highly focused on the church poicies in order to curb the corruption in the church. They were successful in there mission and then set up the Society of jesus.
